Megan Carlsen
An American chef and natural born fusion food artist. At the age of two, she was caught by the family video camera, baking muffins and experimenting with food combinations that would make your taste buds twirl. Since then, Megan has been classically trained at Johnson and Wales University, holds three degrees, has studied abroad learning first hand from Master chefs, the technique and finesse that is fusion. Most recently, this young lady ran her own coffee and wine bar in the USA, runs a personal chef, catering, & consulting company and is continuing her culinary education here in China, daily. Simple, fresh, and few ingredients go into any of this delightful chef’s dishes, but the love and expertise she prepares them with, brings it all together. An entrepreneurial spirit, now in China, has the intention of bringing the West, East.
