About the Mixologist: Jane comes from Sichuan province, and has lived in Beijing for around 20 years now. Jane has years of experience managing bars and restaurants and is the Hutong’s top mixologist. She specializes in fresh infusions for delicious cocktails and knows all the classics. A veteran behind the bar, she loves taking with people and serves up big smiles alongside craft cocktails. Jane is currently the manager of The Hutong courtyard and is keen to make your next night in a memorable one.
