Wander down south for a South China CNY feast of Nian gao, Steamed River Bass, and Soy Chicken.

January 18th
CNY Dumplings. Dumplings are eaten throughout China on New Year’s Day to symbolize wealth and fortune in the coming year, and no Chinese New Year feast is complete without them.

January 25th
Tangyuan; glutinous rice balls served in a hot, sweet soup.  Sometimes filled with red bean, peanut or other fillings, it’s a must on the CNY menu,

Series Dates: 

Every Saturday in January (11th, 18th, 25th), 10:00 – 12:30
