In this class, we’ll start by making crème de marron from scratch and then make a sponge cake base, crème pâtissière and meringue filling – all crowned by homemade jam for a pastry truly worthy of its namesake. You’ll bring home a small jar of crème de marron plus three of your pastry creations to share with friends and family.
