Come and join us for a fun and relaxing cocktail and tapas pairing dinner at The Hutong in this late autumn in the JING. We’ll gather with friends to enjoy this time of the year with some seasonal drinks and foods.
Our mixologist Jane and Chef Mattias will present three seasonal cocktails and five courses of tapas for you to savour!
Cocktails – three glasses per person (one glass of each type)
- The Hutong Old Fashion
- Rosemary & Apple Sour
- Passion Fruit Mojito
- Black garlic mini pancakes with spicy beef rillettes, beetroot and sesame
- Profiterole filled with whiskey-flavoured red bean with fig and quinoa
- Smoked cod with yuchu & lemon cabbage, dill and apple
- Salta rosemary crackers with Manchego cheese and onion
- Almond tart with passionfruit and mint
