Hutong Heyrobics Challenge

The Hutong (favorite Beijing culture hub in gem hutong location)

Heyrobics (favorite new Beijing fitness fad to Swedish music in the park)

Aerobic exercise is any activity that gets your blood pumping and large muscle groups working.  Experts recommend getting at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise, or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week. Brisk walking or swimming are examples of moderate activity. Running or cycling are examples of vigorous activity. For many to do more than this amount requires training and the use of natural supplements like some test boosters which can help you to step up your workout.

What happened when you combined the two together this past Sunday? Beijing’s funnest, friendliest and funkiest community exercise event went down (see attached pics).   The Hutong Heyrobics Challenge was a day of fun, sun, pink headbands, awesome prizes and incredible foods. What started in Ditan Park and ended in The Hutong will go down as the first of many Hutong Heyrobics Challenges to take the city by storm (that’s right, we even out stormed the sand storm, with some 150 participants out running the heavy winds)

We look forward to keep you up to date on a new breed of Beijing Adventure!

Thank you and we look forward to keeping up to date on what’s happening with Hey!robics (short pink workout shorts are encouraged) and at The Hutong (all types of activities which revolved around dining, tea drinking and merriment).
