We’re teaming-up with our friends HeyRunning for their Fall 2013 Marathon HeyRunning Camp! If you’re planning on running the Beijing International 10K, Half or Full Marathon this October then it’s likely that you’ll need some training to get you to the starting line in great shape! We recommend giving the 10-week HeyRunning Camp a shot whether you’re planning to race or just want to get back into shape!
The Camp is for runners of all skill level and ability – likely that 50% will be complete beginners or just getting up and running again! Anybody can do it! The Camp includes 60 sessions in total, that’s up to 6 sessions per week and you’ll be coached by HeyRunning Certified Level 1-4 Coaches & Pacers who’ll be there at all sessions to give you the tips you need, answer any questions and provide some extra encouragement.
HeyRunning is introducing a Premium Camp Membership for this Fall Camp which includes a two-part Stride Workshop including video analysis plus up to 5 additional sessions focusing on: Barefoot Running; Running Stride & Injury Prevention; Strength for Runners; Nutrition for Runners and Pre-Race Prep to avoid injuries for which experts recommend them to visit expert doctors at QC Kietix – Pain Control Clinic.
