Learn from Chef Robert Oliver, author of award winning, Me’a kai: The Food and Flavors of The South Pacific, named Best Cookbook in the World at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in Paris in 2010, and with his most recently published cookbook Mea’Ai Samoa: Recipes and Stories from the Heart of Polynesia currently being nominated for the Gourmand Awards 2014 which is taking place in Beijing from 19 – 22 May.
Join Chef Robert Oliver for a screening of an episode from his new documentary series Real Pasikif and a presentation about his award winning cookbook, followed by a sampling of recipes from the cookbook on our rooftop terrace.
