Chef Reshma Khan’s Spice Route dinner explores this history through the culinary aphrodisiacs of aromatic condiments and spices. Khan’s 8 course meal draws together the expanse of India, with dishes like crispy Aloo-Tikki from the North, coastal prawns, spiced chops from Chettinad, and curries accented with the pungent, coconut sauces of the South.
