Want to know where The Hutong’s food comes from? Join us as we tour the farm of our produce, meat and egg supplier: TooToo Organic Farm in Pinggu county. We will harvest some fresh produce, meet the great folks at TooToo, and learn how cook up a seasonal, vegetable-driven lunch at The Hutong Kitchen.

Autumn Bagna Càuda (seasonal vegetables with a garlic, anchovy dip)
Baba Ganoush (smoky eggplant spread)
Yemista Piperi (banana peppers stuffed with ricotta and mint)
Roasted Chicken over Braised greens

In season at TooToo Organic Farm is wax gourd, white radish, chrysanthemum, rape vegetables, leaf lettuce, purple leaf lettuce, Rome lettuce, Chinese pak choi, round cabbage, Chinese cabbage, endive, green banana pepper, baby cabbage, yellow cherry tomato, string Beans, and round eggplant … just to name a few.
