Sichuan street food is known for its bold and spicy flavors, reflecting the unique culinary traditions of the Sichuan province in southwestern China. Sichuan cuisine is characterized by the use of spices – fresh and dry, and especially the Sichuan peppercorn, which imparts a numbing sensation along with heat.
Our Sichuan workshop will bring the best of Sichuan to your kitchen, and you’ll master a variety of popular dishes and sauces.
