• 10:00- 13:00: Knife Skills cooking class (Yunnan Heisanduo, Sichuan Noodle Salad with Chicken, Beijing Style Stir-fried Vegetables)
Afternoon
• 13:00 – 13:30 Break
• 13:30- 15:00Blind Taste Test workshops and discussion
• 15:00 – 15:30 Reflections and wrap up

Morning
• 9:30 – 10:00: Arrival at The Hutong and intro
• 10:00- 13:00: Sichuan cooking class (Gongbao Chicken, Fragrant Fish Flavoured Pork, Smashed Cucumber Salad)

• 13:00 – 13:30 Homemade Chili Oil class
• 13:30 – 15:00 Mocktail class
