In this Traditional Chinese Medicine class, you will learn three healthy and delicious spring recipes that follow the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

  • Spinach Salad with Pine nuts
  • Stir-Fried Garlic Chives with Tofu
  • Sweet Potato Congee
