Calling all chocoholics! After an introduction about chocolate, we will learn how to make the base of many chocolate recipes: a cream based ganache. After that we will make our own indulgent chocolate truffles in different shapes and toppings, as well as crunchy chocolate covered peanut bites. At the end of the class we will wrap our own box of chocolates, perfect to share with a special someone, or as a sweet treat for yourself.

Book-NowMarte van Os has been baking since she was old enough to hold a spoon and a mixing bowl. After the kitchen at home became too small, she apprenticed with a Dutch pastry chef, diving deep into the professional world of pastry and chocolate making.
