“Have I gone mad?” asked the Mad Hatter.
“I’m afraid so,” said Alice. “You’re entirely bonkers. But I’ll tell you a secret. All the best people are.”
Slide down the rabbit hole into The Hutong and join new-chefs-to-the-Beijing-scene Jane Lee and Lianne Cheng in a culinary trail through Wonderland. Come with as much “muchness” as you can muster up, and expect to have a spread of delicacies delicious enough to make you futterwacken. Vigorously.
If you are not one for dressing up, you can breathe a sigh of relief – this is not a mandatory costume party. But if you’d like to add to the decor and atmosphere, you are most certainly welcome to carry or wear a prop that fits the plot!
You might lose your head, if you haven’t already, and believe in six impossible things by the time the night is over. Or perhaps you might be shrunk, stretched, scratched and stuffed into a teapot. Don’t say we didn’t warn you …
