This spring, The Hutong’s Global Kitchen takes you on a journey to experience the delicacies of India’s palaces, the fine foods of its restaurants and homes, and the bold tastes of its street-side stands. Chef Reshma Khan will show you the ins and outs of the Indian kitchen and have you cooking up curries like a pro. This special five-week series will feature a different regional cuisine each week, from the North to the South.
