The cuisine of Mexico is famous around the world for its rich blend of flavours. Each dish carries notes of sweet, sour, and (of course) a little spice.

In this course, we’ll introduce you to Mexican cooking, including how to make flour tortillas, DIY salsas, and share with you the secret of transforming pork from the marketplace into mouth-watering carnitas, and cook up these classics:


  • Flour Tortillas (Lard based)
  • Mexican Rice
  • Salsas (Pico de Gallo and Tomatillo)
  • Carnitas (Pork)
