Celebrate the Harvest Moon with us in true Hutong style. Chef Vivienne joins us for an afternoon to teach three kinds of moon cakes. Learn the history and technique behind this traditional confection and surprise your friends with your very own hand-made moon cakes. Vivienne will teach moon cake skin plus meat, red bean, coconut, and sesame seed fillings.
