Aside from abundant use of fresh coconut milk, it is its seasoning combinations that give that delectable flair to Malaysian cuisine. Most dishes are cooked with a mix of dried spices and fresh seasoning. Their selected combination are ingeniously matched and pounded together to make a fine paste to be used as a cooking base. Lingpei’s diverse menu will include: kaya toast, papadum crackers, chicken curry puffs, crunchy spring rolls, gado-gado salad with peanut sauce, pork rendang, chicken curry with potatoes, mee siam, nasi lemak with condiments, stir fried wing beans, flat bread, chicken and beef satay with tangy peanut sauce, and onde-onde.
