Enjoy a traditional Italian home cooked five-course feast prepared by our Italian Chef, Filippo Fiori. Experience Tuscan countryside flavors inside a traditional Chinese courtyard, while enjoying communal dining all’Italiana, filled with wonderful homecooked food, new friends, and wine.

Entree: Duck Liver Mousse with Marsala braised onion and pickled vegetables

First Courses: Oxtail Ragu’ Handmade tagliatelle AND Lemon risotto with mint leaves and preserved lemon 

Main Course: Orange duck breast with roasted potato and braised red cabbage.

Dessert: Yin & Yang Pannacotta
