The Hutong teams up with award-winning Chef Daniel Urdaneta of Mosto Casual Fine Dining & MODO Urban Deli to bring you a great learning culinary experience. Daniel, named Chef of the Year 2012 by City Weekend and Chef of the Year 2013 by The Beijinger, will join us for an afternoon to teach you the secrets behind three dishes from Mosto’s favourite & MODO Urban Deli’s upcoming menu. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or kitchen newbie, Chef Daniel will have you cooking up a storm and presenting your dishes with flair in his signature international style with a South American twist.
