Being healthy is not about annual check-ups, getting injections, taking pills/herbs, acupuncture, running or pumping iron at the gym – no, not at all! The point of health is that you get to enjoy the life that unlocks your true potential – whether it’s enjoying quality time with your family, working solidly towards your life ambitions, or giving generously to your community.

The key is prevention and wellness, which requires positive action. The only real way for living creatures to access higher states of well-being is to understand we are part of nature and live in accordance with the ‘the path’ or ‘the way’ (natural forces) .
