A banquet so delicious, we had to share a few pictures. Below are the delectable contemporary Chinese tapas that Chef Suer prepared at Intrepid’s WOFE bash – in other words, our first catering gig.
When asked which was her favourite tapas, Intrepid Manager Tara Kennaway answered “Each bite is better than the next”, and then she bit into one of Chef Suer’s minced beef and black bean belly pepper bites.
