This fall, the latest installment of The Hutong’s A Cookie Story takes you through Beijing to Paris and back with two unique chestnut creations to bake and enjoy with friends and family. In this class, we’ll make Penang-style Chinese Chestnut Puffs and tender Parisian Sables de Marron. With seasonal chestnuts and French and Chinese pastry technique, you’ll make a wonderful box of your very own cookies to take home.
