We are pleased to announce the return of both Simon Lockett and Marc Mastrandrea for a holiday event at The Hutong.
Simon recently completed a 7-year traditional apprenticeship under a master Sichuan Chef in Tokyo.  Now he is joining forces with Marc Mastrandrea, his good friend and Chinese Medicine physician to put together a chef’s table which is not only traditional Sichuan cuisine but takes into account the seasonal aspects to preserve health during the winter.
Simon and Marc will be offering an authentic Sichuan dinner specifically tuned to winter health. With the two working together, attendees will not only be able to have a delicious dinner but will also learn about the Chinese medical aspects of every dish they are eating.
This is an event you don’t want to miss!

He has studied Bagua Zhang with Master Xu Shi Xi of Beijing China for a number of years and trains daily to gain good Kung Fu and be able to disseminate Xu’s lineage of Bagua Zhang to the world.

Marc graduated from Chinese Medical School at the young age of 26 and spent many years running bustling clinics in the NYC area. At the same time, he was working as a physician and also training in Chinese Kung Fu and fighting in tournaments in the underground NYC MMA scene.
