What Is A Company Culture Booster Training?
Companies spend massive amounts of resources trying to define their company’s unique culture. However, too often is the case that a company’s core values and objectives arelost in the many demands of busy work days. We designed this workshop to enable team members to more clearly understand their company’s core values as well as the importance of creating a positive and inviting company culture.
How Does A Company Culture Booster Training Work?
Our facilitators use discussion to establish the team’s understanding of their personal contribution to their company’s culture. We dispel misconceptions and help leaders and teams to avoid common communication errors while helping team members to develop and articulate the company’s culture and goals. Teams then commit to their own action plan for culture contributions.
