An Italian cooking class taught by Italian Chef Filippo Fiori, who will show you how to make homemade Italian pasta from scratch, along with two of his favorite sauces from his hometown in the Tuscan countryside. Filippo’s class will be followed by a screening of Paolo Sorrentino’s award-winning film, La Grande Bellezza (The Great Beauty).
