The Hutong Team recently took to the slopes for some fun in the snow at Genting Secret Garden for their Winter staff retreat. It was an opportunity for all the team to look back and reflect on the achievements and challenges of 2013, as well as to look forward, together, to the road ahead in 2014. It was also a chance for the team to live by their core values through seeking challenge and going the extra 里 on the steep slopes of Genting. With many of the staff having never skied before, onlookers were treated to a conveyor belt of spectacular crashes and wipeouts! Impressively, every single Hutonger skied all the way down from the top of the the mountain – even if it resulted in a few bruised butts and egos.
Over the course of the two evenings, The Hutong Team participated in goal setting sessions within the comfortable surroundings of The Genting Grand Hotel. Judging from how the mountain had been conquered that day, aims for 2014 will undoubtedly be high!
