Not Your Typical Cooking Class, Nor A Haughty Wine Tasting. Cook Up A Storm in our Kitchen, Taste Fine Wines, and Go Home With Wine Pairing Savior-Faire.

Nothing beats the pairing of the right wine with the right dish. It’s the secret to a great dinner. Get started with a discussion on 3 exquisite South African wines supplied by The Grapevine Wine Club.

Along with the wine workshop come the woks. As you learn to cook 3 Contemporary, Creative Chinese Cuisine dishes from Hutong Chef Suer Zhou, you will also learn to pair wines with Chinese and Asian flavors, and will master the art of how to make your dish stand out.

One workshop. 3 different dishes. 3 different wines. 3 hours. 300 RMB. Our August menu is:

  • Seared scallops served on a bed of glass noodle salad with black bean dressing
  • Soy braised pork shoulder served with paksoy & shitake mushrooms and taro mash
  • Chinese date sticky pudding with Ice cream
