Chinese Barbecue Special

Take on the Middle Kingdom with a skewer!  In our Chinese Barbecue class you will learn two delightful styles of barbecue from around the country.  On our rooftop terrace with Chef Sue, you’ll enjoy the view, the summer weather, along with some serious grilling action. In this class, you will learn: Xinjiang lamb kebabs, Cantonese char siu and roasted vegetables, plus enjoy some Xinjiang naan and salad with your barbecue.
