This summer, The Hutong is teaming up with 3sums for a series of communal experimental brunches that will test flavors from Beijing to Texas and beyond. The Taste Lab is a 3-course meal with sides and a selection of mini-cocktails with a demonstration of do-it-yourself meals using a different featured ingredient each time. 3sums is Beijing’s newest restaurant, offering 16 gourmet miniburgers from around the world. Headed by Chef Zach Lewison (formerly of Union Grille & Kro’s Nest), 3sums specializes in big tastes and mini-bites with their signature burgers and cocktails served in batches of 3. Join us as we welcome The Taste Lab to our rooftop terrace for an unforgettable brunch.
