Goji Rice
Add to your rice cooker, before steaming your normal 1 cup plain white rice; 1/3 cup purple rice “zi mi,” 1/4 cup goji berry, black sesame, sunflower seeds and pumpkin rice. Add a little more water and steam as per usual
Autumn Pear Chutney (Cheese on toast or your favourite Indian meal accompaniment)
Add oil to the wok, then add cumin, fennel and some nigella seeds to infuse the flavours of your spices. Then add 1 chopped spanish onion, stir fry, adding then 5 cubes smashed garlic, 1 ear finely chopped ginger, 1/3 cup goji berry, 2 chopped Chinese pears, 1/3 cup red wine, 1/4 cup apple vinegar, 1/3 brown sugar, 1 cup cooled fresh green tea, pink salt and stew for 40 mins on low heat. Allow to cool.

Goji Berry, Chrysanthemum flower, sprinkling of fresh green tea leaves, cuttings of fresh vanilla pod and rock sugar to taste
