Global Cuisine and World Cinema, Oct 23
Every month we host Beijing’s only culinary cinematic workshop with Electric Shadows. Electric Shadows is a non profit organisation helping to shape the evolution of public cinema in China by programming beautiful film events and expanding the cinema into galleries, rooftops, deserts and discos.
This month our global tour of the senses stops off in INDIA. This month we transform The Hutong into a riot of colour, fragrance and sound as we travel to India with the fantastic film MONSOON WEDDING. Before the screening Indian chef Sridevi brings you on a culinary journey to explore Indian cuisine and its delicious palette of flavors, and learn to cook the delectable dishes that she learned growing up in Andhra Pradesh.
