About Chef Iris Bula
Iris is from Panama, studied Hospitality Management in her country and she moved to Germany to study the language. After she finished her time in Germany she moved to the USA and decided to learn and become an official Chef. She completed the studies in Chicago, Illinois at Robert Morris University whose teaching staff studied at Le Cordon Blue. After her studies, she started working in a Spanish restaurant in Chicago.
Iris and her family have been living in Beijing for nearly a decade and she has had the opportunity to cater authentic Panamanian and Caribbean delicacies in Beijing and other cities. She has frequently helped the Panama Consulate and the Embassy to prepare for the National Day events by creating a variety of dishes. She also has participated in various food festivals and private events including weddings, corporate events and private home dinners.
