About
The Hutong Hook ‘n’ Cook organizes your team into pairs for an “Iron Chef” style cooking competition. Step out of your comfort zones and into our welcoming Hutong Kitchen to learn more about international cuisine and each other. Choose from one of our three great options for your next Hook ‘n’ Cook.
The Basic, 300rmb per person
- One dish per two participants, plus rice with the meal and snacks throughout
- Free flow water and tea or suanmeitang (sour plum juice)

ZOU N GO - The Hutong Amazing Race
About
The Hutong Zou ‘n’ Go: Amazing Race is an exciting romp through Chinese culture. Armed with a challenge booklet, clues and cameras, teams wind through the alleyways of Beijing and encounter some of our favorite characters from Chinese history. Great for teams of all levels and nationalities, your group will break into teams of four or five to search for hidden relics, taste local specialties, and get to know one another as they explore the city.

About
The Hutong Think ‘n’ Drink: 2.5 Hr Cocktail Challenge is an informative, interactive, and simply buzzing cocktail and trivia competition. Teams participate in pub-style trivia contests and creative cocktail challenges to show their true Hutong colors.

The Hutong Dumpling Party
Let The Hutong chefs take you beyond the standard classics. In our colourful and dumpling party, your team will learn the finer points of rolling the perfect dumpling skin, and then stuff them with exciting concoctions such as Pumpkin and Walnut, Shrimp and Asian Greens, Xinjiang Lamb and Carrot, and Cinnamon Spiced Apple.
The Hutong Tea & Coffee Lounge
Bring Chinese tea and coffee to life with our Signature Tea and Coffee Lounge. Sourcing all of our teas and coffees ourselves, we have lots of stories about the drinks we provide. Our Hutong drink enthusiasts will offer guests free-flow fusion tea drinks and Yunnan coffee that supports sending Hani minority children to school. We believe that it’s the story behind the drinks that matter, and seek to educate guests in a fun and creative way through our lounge.
