The Hutong Kitchen was buzzing this past weekend. The reason: renowned top chef David Marteau graced our woks for Cook Your Book, the culinary workshop with a literary edge (in partnership with our friends at The Bookworm). In all, Chef David taught us how to make three dishes from his newest book, Creative Cooking for the Global Kitchen.
