Beijing Bells!

Food, Film and Friends (with Electric Shadows)

Celebrate Christmas Hutong style, and learn to cook a variety of Chinese winter treasures which will warm the body and bring comfort to the soul. Our winter comfort foods may not remind you of home – we are talking hot hearty lamb and date stews, braised chicken and chestnuts, steamy hong shao rous and steamed egg custards – but they are homestyle and homemade, and they will soothe your mind and fuel you with energy to fight the freezing cold. And on Sunday Dec 23, we will be following our Chinese Comfort Foods class with the all-time Christmas classic, A Christmas Story.

Because of the success of Christmas past, we again offer comfort foods and a Christmas Story. Click here to register. Click here to register.  We hope to see you …  actually, we TRIPLE DOG DARE YOU!
