For our English C52, Lane Aldred proved that adventure is returning to the English cuisine and that there has been a resurgence of interest in England’s medieval food. England is a land full of new and exciting dishes inspired from past and present sojourns around the world and Lane treated us to some of the older classics English delights. We were nto only treated to a delicious meal, we were also given a wealth of knowledge about the history of English Cuisine.
