In each class you will sample some of your creations and bring home a box to share with friends (or devour yourself). In this series, you will learn:

Conquering Cake: butter cake, genoise, pound cake
Bread: pain de campagne, brioche, soda bread
Patisserie: pâte à choux, puff pastry
