Cooking with Beer

Don’t just drink your beer, eat it too!  March is Beer Month at The Hutong, and in true Hutong style we’re circling the globe with our recipes, each showcasing a flavorful culinary creation using your favorite brews. We’ll show you how to boil and bake beer into three delightful dishes: Wisconsin Beer Cheese Soup, Beef & Guinness Pie, and Tsingtao Cupcakes.
