Em has been training, facilitating and coaching professionals since her arrival to Asia in 2006. Passionate, interactive and fun, she puts her whole heart into everything that she does. Em was the recipient of the Ernst & Young Women in Business Inspiration Leadership Award in 2011, is an advisor to POWER Women, and has been an executive member of the Viva Professional Network.
