Our calendar will now feature classes titled A, B, C, D. Curious about what you’ll make in Sichuan A? Or Yunnan C? Just click on the class and find out.
If you’ve already made the dishes, or just want to learn something new, each month will feature several ‘Chef’s Choice’ classes. Each month our Chef’s Choice brings new seasonal dishes from the chefs we know and love.
