Yunnan has always been a special place in my heart. The people, the food, the nature I can keep on going. This menu is inspired by Yunnan food and culture. Yunnan hosts more than 20 minorities and the food the local people are eating is very pure. Besides the food culture, it also has its own tea and coffee.  

This menu is inspired by seasonal ingredients and Chef Sue gives an innovative twist to traditional dishes but keeping the real bold flavors that Yunnan has to offer. We will pair her dishes with Yunnan tea.
