In this class our Pakistani chef Samia brings you an insight into the Pakistani cuisine and culture. Recipes passed down the hierarchy, from grandmothers to mothers, will now be passed from Samia to you, with the ever so warm hint of tradition and a contemporary touch.

Samia is not your average chef. In fact, she started cooking after the task fell on her shoulders  some decades ago just to find that it was an undiscovered talent that which she instantly become passionate about, with people soon approaching her for recipes and the ever-so-mystified ‘secret ingredient’ for the enchanting Punjabi taste she offered.

She has now expanded her horizons to baking and Chinese cuisine as well, something made easier with the availability of varied classes offered at The Hutongs.
