The class will bring you to Tuscany, home of the Renaissance and cradle of the Italian language.
You will learn how to make the “Gnudi alla Fiorentina”, delicious Ricotta and spinach dumplings Florentine style.
We will also learn how to make the “Duck Breast with kumquat vinaigrette and chicory” a contemporary twist to the traditional “Roasted duck with orange sauce” a dish that Caterina De’ Medici brought with her to France when she married Henry II of France in 1533.
We will conclude the class on a sweet note with the classic “Olive and Rosemary cake with Lemon Glaze.”
