On Saturday April 23rd, “Chef Jeff” will lead you on a tour through San Yuan Li to explore the capital’s main market and to pick its freshest ingredients. Then it’s off to The Hutong, where he will teach a hands-on seasonal culinary workshop with ingredients purchased together. You will prepare and enjoy an appetizer, salad, main dish and dessert, all while learning how to incorporate the freshest seasonal ingredients back into your home-cooking with the secrets from Beijing’s Top Chef himself!
