At the Hutong you will learn the ropes of quick and no-fuss dough-making for getting the mythical light, thin and crispy crust you look for at the best pizzerias. You’ll also have an assortment of topping options that takes you from an authentic Margherita with fresh basil, tomatoes and cheese to the wild fusion of locally available toppings that make pizza making in Beijing even easier!

Note: This class can run a bit longer than our normal classes, and you will most certainly leave FULL.
