Shalu is
a self-taught avid cook who specialises in vegetarian cuisine. A keen traveller, Shalu draws inspiration from her travels into her cooking, resulting in an exotic blend of fusion cuisine. Shalu’s aim is to teach her students how to cook healthy vegetarian meals that are bursting with taste and flavour! Apart from cooking and being a part-time editor, Shalu finds the time to pursue her other passions in Beijing, such as teaching at an orphanage and practising yoga.
