There are many kinds of schools of Yoga. Each has its way to make our mind calm: hard physical work, breathing techniques, different body postures. Himalayan Yoga is one of the most ancient systems, merging the most important techniques of all schools. The roots are coming from Shamanism, Buddhist and Taoist techniques.
Since the Himalayan Mountains run through many countries, through times each culture added something important to this system. One can only do this through using the Image, and we only get answers through images. Masters and teachers use this way, since it’s the basis of this Universe. So we learn here how to use our mind to benefit our lives, to understand why things are happening. We use visualization, to our energy, Qi. We learn to focus our mind, and use it. Not being used by it.
